Adventure Race Schwarzwald - X2S Haibike Team

2012.07.15. Nyáron Németország távolabbi csücskében jártunk Medgyes Gábor barátommal egy igen komoly kis kalandversenyen.

Gyakorlatilag a francia határig autóztunk, nem siettünk így két nap alatt tettük meg a kb 1100 km-t. Az időjárás nem volt a legkegyesebb hozzánk, de azon a vidéken ez átlagosnak mondható, kb 20 fok volt.

Szombaton tekertünk a környéken és átmozgattunk egy kis futással, egy festői kis németfaluban laktunk, a házinéni, akinél szobát béreltünk nagyon kedvesen bánt a távolról jött utazókkal. Délután beneveztünk a versenyre, résztvettünk a brifeingen és a tészta-partyn. Itt kiosztották a térképeket és bemutatták a csapatokat. Volt ott mindenféle náció: sok német, osztrák, francia, de volt britt, amerikai sőt még mexikói résztvevő is. Minket is kiemelve üdvözöltek, hiszen Magyarországról még nem érkezett résztvevő.

Chrissie Wellington az Ironman királynője végleg abbahagyja a triatlont

Chrissie Wellington a britek 4-szeres Ironman világbajnoka végleg nyugdíjba vonul. A 35 éves sztár több, mint egy éve nem állt rajthoz, de  a hétvégén végleges döntést hozott, mert már nem a versenysportban látja a jövőjét.

Mint nyilatkozta: "Hiányzik a versenyzés, de a hajnali edzések nem. Igyekszem a legtöbbet hasznosítani abból, amit a sporttól kaptam és inkább a sport közösségi oldalát fejleszteni, erősíteni."

Chrissie Wellington, Ironman, triatlon, Roth, Hawaii, Kona

Korábban is hasonló területen dolgozott a kormánynak (többek között Nepálban, ahol az általános népegészségügyet segítette), de most a fényes profi karrierrel a háta mögött sok ajtó megnyílik előtte, amelyek eddig nem.

A terepsport.hu a X2S TEAM multisport csapattal és edzőivel várja a felkészüléssel, edzéssekkel kapcsolatos kérdéseket. Csapat vagy személyi edzéseken is állunk az érdeklődök rendelkezésére.

Életmód tanácsok

Szakembereink a legtöbb életmód témában rövid időn belül választ tudnak adni. Elsősorban a természetgyógyászattal kapcsolatosan, de tagjaink között orvosok is várják a kérdéseket.

A terepsportok legaktívabb és legeredményesebb magyar csapata a X2S TEAM. Tagjai közé várja azokat, akiknek a kalandok és a kihívások az élet mindennapos részei.
