Cross-duathlon

• 5 km trail running, 120 m ascent - fast but not easy course
• 28 km MTB, 760 m ascent - very technical and difficult course
• 7 km trail running, 280 m ascent - fast but very hard course

Entry fee: 30 Euro

Race pack: cross triathlon sock, race bootle, finisher medal and special items.
